Since 1986 "Aux Produktions du Sud-Ouest", in Montparnasse, perpetuates the know-how of the French gastronomy. You can enjoy the pleasure of tasting home-made duck confits, cassoulets, apple croustades ... As well as the unmistakable semi-cooked duck foie gras, which can be chosen à la carte or as a set menu.
It is with time that "Aux Produits du Sud-Ouest" has acquired know-how from father to son. Today, the restaurant in the heart of the capital, is committed in the respect of traditions and ancestral recipes of our good Southwest of France.
